Which of our company values resonates the most with you?
Integrity is the company value that resonates the most with me. It’s what you do when no one is looking that defines who you really are.
What do you like most about your job?
What I like the most about the job is the chance to fly all over the US. Getting to see parts of the country that I have never seen before. With that comes the opportunity to fly in some of the busiest airspace in the country.
What inspired you to choose this career path?
As a kid I really wanted to join the Airforce. My career path took a different way and didn’t think much about aviation. Until 2022 when I decided to quit my job and start flight training full time.
What new skills or knowledge have you gained from working at Sol?
My flight school did not have any planes with autopilot. Then I joined Sol and they have the most beautiful C310’s with state of the art glass panels. I have learned a lot about advanced avionics in just a short amount of time while going through training here at Sol.

Anything outside, hiking, exploring a new city, eating new exciting food.
What excites you about our work?
The challenge and thrill of single pilot multi flying and everything that has to offer.

100% my dad. He has worked so hard to provide for his kids. He really has shown us that if you put your mind to it and be passionate about what you do there is nothing that can stop you from achieving your dreams.
What was your first job, did you like it?
My first job was a part time clean up kid at a tire store Les Schwab. It was a lot of hard work but the people I worked with were some of the best. We had a great time working our butts off.
What are your future ambitions?
To fly wide body aircraft overseas. Work hard, play hard.
Where would it be and why if you could live anywhere in the world?
Prague, Czech Republic. My girlfriend and I just vacationed there last May. We completely fell in love. The architecture, the history and the people. Everywhere you turned there was something stunning to admire.
What or who is your inspiration? Why so?
My girlfriend. She is so incredibly supportive. She challenges me to grow, learn and to be the best version of myself. Love her for that.
