Brianna Dittman

Sol Aerial Surveys Team

Flight Operations Manager

Where do you live?
I live in Jacksonville, Fl. Go Jags!

How long have you been flying or working in Aviation?
I have been working in aviation for ten years now and I have been flying off and on for ten years as well.

What makes Sol a special place to work?
Sol is a special place to work because of the culture and the people. Everyone has been so welcoming and dedicated to helping each other succeed and do our best.

Which of our company’s core values (Safety, Hard Work, Integrity, The Little Things Matter) resonates the most with you?
I would say that hard work resonates with me the most. I have always worked really hard for everything that I have and I believe that when you work hard, the results are that much more satisfying.

What do you like most about your job?
I like that it is fast paced and constantly changing. I also really enjoy the people that I work with.

What is your favorite way to spend a day off?
I love spending time with my kids. We are usually going to the movies, trampoline park, the beach, and trying new restaurants. I am also a huge sports fan so I can be found watching whatever game is on.

Favorite cuisine?
I am a big fan of hibachi and sushi.

What are the first three things on your bucket list
I love solo travel and would love to solo travel through Europe, go camping where you can see the Northern Lights, and go to the Paris Air Show
