What makes Sol a special place to work?

Which of our company values resonates the most with you?
“The Little Things Matter” resonates deeply with me because it reflects the importance of attention to detail, genuine care, and going the extra mile. It’s often the small, thoughtful actions—whether in work or relationships—that make the biggest impact. This value aligns with creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional results, showing that every effort counts.
Where is your favorite place that you have traveled to for work?
Flying into McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport (KSSI) is always a treat. The approach offers stunning views of the coastline, but what makes it truly special is the convenience and charm on the ground. Once you land, you’re steps away from an amazing hotel and fantastic restaurants, all within walking distance. There’s something about parking the plane and being able to immediately enjoy great food and the laid-back vibe of the island that makes KSSI one of my favorite destinations. It’s the perfect mix of beauty, convenience, and hospitality.
