The culture, after speaking to Peter, I knew it would be somewhere that I would enjoy working.
What makes Sol a special place to work?
The team aspect of it. We all work solo on the road, but you can feel the team spirit. We all have each other’s back.
Which of our company’s core values (Safety, Hard Work, Integrity, The Little Things Matter) resonates the most with you?
All though they are all important, Safety is the one that I chose. Safety is the most important aspect of flying. We take safety and maintenance seriously and it stands out.
