Put in the effort to master your skills, study relentlessly, and always strive to improve. Dedication will set you apart. My advice would be to embrace where you are, enjoy the journey, and make the most of the people you meet. Aviation is a small world, and the connections you build at Sol can turn into lasting relationships that extend well beyond your time here.
