About 3 and a half years.
What makes Sol a special place to work?
The people by far, everyone is super friendly and are passionate about their work. It makes the work environment super fun and rewarding to be a part of.
Which of our company values resonates the most with you?
For me, paying attention to the little things resonates with me. Our work is very detail specific so being able to be pay attention to the small things holds a lot of weight and allows you to be more efficient and better at your job overall.
Where is your favorite place that you have traveled to for work?
Upstate Michigan getting to see the Great Lakes for the first time was a super cool experience.
What duties do you have at work?
Anything from setting up Maintenance for the aircraft to grabbing donuts for the workers at the FBO. That is truly your airplane while on rotation and you have to treat it as such in every thing that you do.
What do you like most about your job?
The ability to fly into some unique and challenging areas that you wouldn’t normally go into. That aspect of the job is super cool I think.
What new skills or knowledge have you gained from working at Sol?
Being flexible and to constantly self improve yourself. These are crucial in my opinion in becoming a better pilot/ person.
What is your favorite way to spend a day off?
Hiking/ Exploring we go to see some pretty cool places so being able to go explore basically for free is a huge bonus when we get a day off.
What makes Sol stand out from the competition?
The support network is second to none. Everyone from the ownership to the maintenance side really cares about you as an individual and are always there for you.
Favorite cuisine? (obvious answer is chipotle)

Favorite hobbies?
Anything outdoors for sure but my top 3 are Snowboarding, Hiking, Golf.
What are the first three things on your bucket list?
Skydiving, scuba diving, and travel to Europe.
Is there something you can’t live without?
The Gym.
Do you have any role models?
My dad and my grandfather. Their impact on my life has been a huge part of who I am today and I wouldn’t be here without them.
What are your future ambitions?
To constantly learn and to grow into a better Man daily. I owe it to the people around me and to others to try and be the best version of myself I can be.
What or who is your inspiration?
Why so? My Great Grandfather is my inspiration. Hearing his stories from being in World War 2 and how proud he was to fight for something he was willing to put himself in harm’s way was really inspiring. That fighting spirit has stuck with me and made a huge impression on me.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Sushi 1000% I could eat my body weight in that stuff.
