How long have you been flying?
Received my Private in 1999 and I was very fortunate to be able to get back to flying in 2019.
What makes Sol a special place to work?
Working at Sol is exciting because of the accomplishments and vision of our leadership. It’s nice to be part of a team and for work to have purpose and meaning.

Integrity – It is the foundation of Aviation
Where is your favorite place that you have traveled to for work?
Glacier Park, Montana so far but I’m just getting started.
How did you find this position?
I was very fortunate to meet some Sol pilots at the airport while I was working for another company. I became interested after spending some time with them and the rest is history.
What inspired you to choose this career path?
I have worked in Aviation since my first year out of High School. I have been inspired by mostly by the people in aviation. It takes a free society and hardworking people to have a flourishing aviation community. I am very grateful to be a part of that and it keeps me inspired.
What new skills or knowledge have you gained from working at Sol?
Staying sharp on Garmin avionics, Staying sharp on evaluating weather data and forecast. Refining ADM skills.
What makes Sol stand out from the competition?
Sol is an Aviation company run by aviation experts. They know what it takes to be successful in aviation and they are committed to continuing to invest in existing aircraft and future platforms to come. In aviation you pay now or pay later; they have a pay now approach.
Favorite hobbies?
Fishing, and pretty much anything outdoors.
What are the first three things on your bucket list?
I don’t have a bucket list. If today was my last I would be satisfied.

What was your first job, did you like it?
Worked at a waterpark. Best job ever.
What is one moment in your life that you would want to relive?
Look to this day
for it is life
the very life of life.
