What makes Sol a special place to work?
Sol stands out as an exceptional workplace due to its strong emphasis on its people, fostering a close-knit team environment where mutual support, continuous growth, and a family-like atmosphere create a dynamic and motivated workforce. Peter and Damian set the tone by going above and beyond, ensuring that everyone feels valued and inspired to excel together.
Which of our company values resonates the most with you?
Safety. At the end of the day returning home safely is what is ultimately most important to me, and Sol don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk.
Where is your favorite place that you have traveled to for work?
A stopover at Niagara Falls in between a relocation was certainly a highlight! A must-see.
What excites you about our work?
The opportunity for diverse flying across North America. I enjoy the thrill and challenge of being based out of an area I’ve never flown through before and having to figure it all out.
What are the first three things on your bucket list?
See the Northern Lights.Gamble in a Monte Carlo casino with money I can afford to lose. Go into space and experience weightlessness.
Where would it be and why if you could live anywhere in the world?
London, England. I love the energy there. Great culture and enough dry wit to get me through the day.
What is one moment in your life that you would want to relive?
Dinner at home with my family.
What is your all-time favorite drink?
There’s a corner-shop burger place in Melbourne, Australia, that serves hands-down the tastiest from-scratch creaming soda.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
The all-versatile burger.
